Disclaimer

Last updated: March 24, 2026  ·  Effective immediately upon use

FluxCybers is a powerful automation tool. Read this disclaimer carefully before using the platform on any production infrastructure.

1. Automation Tool — Not an IT Consultant

FluxCybers is an automation platform that executes commands on servers as instructed and approved by you, the user. FluxCybers is not an IT consultancy, managed service provider, or professional services firm.

FluxCybers does not provide:

  • Legal, compliance, or regulatory advice
  • Security consulting or professional security assessments
  • IT infrastructure management or architectural guidance
  • Guarantees that automated actions will achieve your intended outcomes

Our security features are tools — not guarantees of security. FluxCybers is not a substitute for professional IT management judgment.

2. No Responsibility for Executed Commands

FluxCybers is NOT responsible for any damage, data loss, downtime, security breaches, or other negative consequences resulting from commands executed through the platform — whether AI-suggested, user-initiated, or executed via playbooks and automation.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Accidental deletion of files, databases, or entire server environments
  • Service outages caused by configuration changes
  • Security vulnerabilities introduced by executed commands
  • Data corruption resulting from automated operations
  • Financial losses arising from system downtime or data loss
  • Third-party service disruptions caused by actions on your infrastructure

3. AI Suggestions Are Recommendations Only

AI-generated execution plans and command suggestions are provided as recommendations only. They are not verified, audited, or guaranteed to be safe or correct for your specific environment.

  • You must review every AI-suggested plan before approving execution
  • AI models can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or generate commands that have unintended effects
  • Your approval constitutes acceptance of responsibility for the execution and its outcomes
  • Do not approve execution plans you do not fully understand

FluxCybers processes your approval as explicit consent to execute. We are not liable for outcomes of plans you have reviewed and approved.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You use FluxCybers entirely at your own risk. Before connecting any server to FluxCybers:

  • Ensure you have current, tested backups of all critical data
  • Maintain an independent disaster recovery plan that does not depend on FluxCybers
  • Test automation workflows on non-production environments before running on production
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to manage the servers you connect
  • Understand the commands being executed and their potential impact

5. No Uptime Guarantee

FluxCybers does not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform
  • Error-free operation of any features
  • That the platform will meet your specific performance requirements
  • That any particular feature will remain available indefinitely

We strive for high availability but planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur. Critical infrastructure operations should have manual fallback procedures that do not rely on FluxCybers availability.

6. Beta Features

Features marked as "beta," "experimental," or "preview" may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or unexpected behavior. Using beta features on production infrastructure is done entirely at your own risk.

We may modify, limit, or remove beta features at any time without notice.

7. Security Features Are Tools, Not Guarantees

FluxCybers includes security features such as credential encryption, audit logging, 2FA, and anomaly detection. These are tools designed to improve your security posture. They do not guarantee:

  • Prevention of all unauthorized access
  • Detection of all security threats or anomalies
  • Compliance with any specific regulatory framework (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • That your infrastructure will remain secure if other security practices are not followed

Security is a shared responsibility. FluxCybers provides tools; you are responsible for using them correctly within a broader security strategy.

8. Third-Party Services

FluxCybers may integrate with or reference third-party services, tools, and platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or services that affect FluxCybers functionality
  • Third-party data handling or privacy practices
  • Outcomes resulting from commands that interact with third-party systems

9. Professional Advice

Nothing in FluxCybers, its documentation, AI suggestions, playbooks, or any communications from FluxCybers constitutes professional advice of any kind. For critical infrastructure decisions, always consult qualified IT, security, and legal professionals.
